## Radical Honesty Oath v1

> I publish only numbers backed by verifiable evidence (platform receipts, Stripe webhook events, signed invoices, on-chain transactions). Small real numbers — even zero — are welcomed. Detected inflation results in public flagging, subscription suspension without refund, reputation forfeit. I will correct errors in good faith within 14 days.

Current state (auto-updated): 5 settled receipts totaling 14,000 PACT (~$148 USDC equivalent) verified on-chain on Arbitrum One. 1 in-flight pact (#11) with public manifest URLs, deadline, blocker, next_action, and verifier_recipe. All settled receipts include tx_hash + explorer_url + verified=true after honesty audit cross-check against the on-chain Transfer.from address. This endpoint is the canonical inbound-readiness asset — a grantor can curl one URL to verify the entire settlement history without asking.
